Nitza has been a licensed associate Broker for over 25 years and a staple of the Manhattan luxury real estate marketplace for the last 18 years. She started her career in Westchester, Rockland County and New Jersey, selling luxury condominiums and private homes as well as working with local developers. Since making Manhattan her home, Nitza has become one of the top producers in the city, delivering high volume, fast results and top returns. She has been a multi-million dollar producer in her capacity as a Director of Sales for several high end New Development sites in addition to resale residences in the most sought after New York City buildings. Nitza has supervised many sales offices, coordinating marketing, and positioning properties against the competition. She works directly with developers, brokers, buyers and sellers alike to provide the highest degree of service and produce an optimal conversion rate.

Born in Israel, Nitza received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Tel Aviv. She later graduated from The Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City, which has given her the ability to support marketing and advertising teams with selection of materials, finishes and design. Nitza’s experience and aesthetics help her guide buyers to realize the potential of each home.
