Amanda Kawczak knew a career in real estate would be in her future from a very young age. From Bergen Country, New Jersey, she spent her childhood visiting construction sites, touring apartment buildings and reading contracts. The granddaughter of a self-made, real-estate entrepreneur, Amanda learned at a young age all areas of the industry including development, remodeling, financing, and property management, and was instilled with the values of hard work, diligence and integrity.
Amanda credits her experience with fueling her passion for real estate. She specializes in sales and rentals throughout New York. Her sales experience also includes working alongside two of New York’s top performing agents at Nest Seekers International. Before joining Trump International Realty as a Licensed Salesperson, Amanda was involved in market analysis and data compilation for the brokerage, which has given her a strong grasp on the dynamics of the New York real estate market.
Amanda graduated with honors from Fordham University and received a dual degree in Finance and Business Law & Ethics. Her studies focused on all aspects of real estate, including investing and financing. Prior to Fordham, she attended the Academy of the Holy Angels, a nationally ranked college-preparatory, private high school in Demarest, NJ.
Amanda has also actively trained in gymnastics and dance, and enjoys spending her free time traveling, running, and devoting her efforts to various charities including St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.
