Edward’s success in Real Estate comes from his understanding and appreciation for people and customer satisfaction.
After graduating Rutgers University, Edward lived in New York and developed a love for the city and its rich culture. He started his professional journey in the early 90’s as a financial licensed trader and working in New Jersey and New York for companies such as Mutual Series Fund, Montgomery Securities and Bank of America. His business background and finance experience put him in the position to own and manage a multi-million dollar hospitality establishment for over 15 years.
His experience in hospitality combined with his years working in finance gave him all the necessary tools to succeed in the Real Estate industry. Additionally, over this 20 year period he managed and traded properties on his own and for family investments. Because of his knowledge and experience he was invited to join a local brokerage firm. He then established his value as an agent by assisting clients in all aspects of home and property transactions.
Edward is licensed as a Salesperson in New York and also as an Associate Broker in New Jersey. This allows him to service clients on both sides of the Hudson River. He is attentive to the needs of his customers and negotiates on their behalf as if he were dealing with his own personal transactions. Customer satisfaction is reflected by his customers repeat business and their referrals to family and friends.
His ability to understand and listen to people gives him an appeal that clients appreciate. His understanding of the deal and property values along with his knowledge of current market trends help his clients find value in their investments. Besides enjoying his work he is customer oriented and looks to develop relationships and work hard for his clients on every deal.
Edward is well traveled and enjoys fishing, boating, family and friends.
