After pursuing a professional baseball career, Tim relocated to North Carolina from Westchester, New York to join Philips Van Heusen (parent to Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger) as a logistics analyst. Living in Mooresville, North Carolina for the past five years, Tim has immersed himself in the Lake Norman lifestyle. Tim applies his competitive and analytical skillset to identify the ideal home for purchasing clients and suitable buyers for selling clients. He finds great reward presenting the Lake Norman experience and building long-lasting relationships with his clients.
Born in Connecticut and a graduate of Avon Old Farms School, Tim was drafted by the Washington Nationals in 2010. Turning down a professional
career, Tim attended the University of Maryland on a baseball scholarship and was named Captain as a sophomore. Tim enjoyed playing summer ball in Newport, Rhode Island and Cotuit, Massachusetts in the Cape Cod League and was invited to spring training by the Texas Rangers.
Tim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration. When Tim isn’t assisting clients, he enjoys spending time on the lake with family, friends, and clients. He also stays active enjoying hikes, working out, and playing ice hockey in Charlotte.
Tim highly recommends exploring Lake Norman by boat or enjoying a meal at one of the many lakefront restaurants.
