Gina Cirino is New Jersey born, but spent 15 years in Arizona. With a Finance degree from Arizona State University she has built upon that with experience in accounting, lending, real estate and investing. While living in Arizona she worked as an accountant for the Arizona Diamandbacks then for the Waste Management Phoenix Open. She also owned her own mortgage company while also practicing real estate.

Gina and her husband moved to Lake Norman in 2011 and her desire to practice real estate never stopped. She currently owns investment properties in both Lake Norman, NC and Scottsdale, AZ. Additionally, she was a senior leadership team member for a new $25,000,000 Greenfield construction building in Mooresville. This consisted of a 90,000 square foot corporate headquarters building as well as a 25,000 square foot warehouse & lab. Gina led the collaboration of workspace design and interior finishes, selection and negotiation of office furniture, and coordination of employee transfers to the new building.

Gina and her husband enjoy raising their 2 children in Lake Norman and love calling it home. In her free time she loves being out on the lake with her family and experiencing all that this area has to offer.

She holds active real estate licenses in both Arizona and North Carolina. With over 20 years in the real estate business, Gina provides a range of experience and knowledge to her clients. Gina has a strong passion for real estate and enjoys helping her clients find their dream home. She is committed to listening to her clients’ needs and utilizing her negotiating skills to get the deal done.
