Michelle Griffith

Since joining the Trump International Realty New York team in 2010, Michelle Griffith has achieved great recognition and success, including her recent honor by The Real Deal as one of Manhattan's elite listing agents. Among her other accomplishments was one of the largest rental deals in Manhattan – a $90,000/month rental deal at Trump Park Avenue, and the highest price per square foot deal in the history of Trump World Tower – the penthouse, which recently sold for $16 million. Since January 2012 alone, Michelle has closed on over $48 million worth of real estate throughout Manhattan. She is the Building Specialist at Trump Park Avenue, plus works with clients at other top buildings uptown, including 15 CPW, as well as downtown where she has lived for many years.

Michelle's achievements and desire to excel are inspired by her clients. She loves the challenge of matching their needs with the perfect New York City apartment. Her instinct and love of real estate make her a seamless match for both first-time buyers and seasoned investors alike. Prior to entering real estate, Michelle was an award-winning professional in medical sales for over a decade. This Rookie of the Year went on to develop her impressive sales and marketing skills at two top medical companies - US Labs and CBL Path - ranking in the Top 10 nationally and in the President’s Club consistently.

Michelle graduated with Honors from the Warrington College of Business at the University of Florida, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a minor in Economics. She is extensively involved in philanthropic endeavors in Manhattan. Michelle was a mentor to underprivileged children through Minds Matters from 2003-2007, and has for many years served as the New York Chapter President and volunteer for Room to Read, an organization that builds schools and libraries in developing countries. For the past two years, she has traveled to Cambodia for site visits and to meet the children/who've been educated through this extraordinary program. Michelle is also a regular volunteer at Hour Children where she reads to children of incarcerated parents to help develop their love of reading and increase literacy. She sits on the Executive Committee of the Eric Trump Foundation, which is committed to improving the lives of children battling life-threatening or debilitating medical conditions, and on the Executive Committee for the Phoenix Foundation that provides transformational philanthropic support to non-profit charities dedicated to addressing underserved needs.
