After buying & selling 9 homes of their own, Tim and his wife Mary joined forces in 2007 to build the Bruin and Bruin Real Estate Team. Mary’s strengths are being able to understand a client’s needs whether that’s selling or buying a home and Tim’s strengths are on the financial & negotiating end. They’ve sold over $100 million in sales, 75% of that being Point homes & homes in surrounding neighborhoods.
Tim grew up in Lima, OH. He has an Economics & Finance degree from Ohio University, where he attended on a tennis scholarship. Tim was a corporate group health rep for Aetna, Cigna & Prudential, before owning his own group health insurance agency.
Mary is from Pekin, IL & has a Marketing degree from Anderson University, Anderson, IN. She was a jewelry rep for ArtCarved & Olinger, before becoming a stay-at-home mom in 1995.
Tim & Mary moved to Mooresville, NC in 2004. Seven of those years they owned in The Point, where they raised their family & enjoyed The Point community.
Tim & Mary have two sons, Caleb, a graduate of UNC Charlotte and Clay, a graduate of UNC Chapel Hill. They have lived on Lake Norman since 2004 & truly embody their tag line….Live the Lake!
